Rate:  Non-Holiday nor Special Event Dates, 2 night minimum.

         Weekends:  $1400 per night for 12 beds, 2 guests per
                             room/bed, queen and king beds, includes all units –
                             upstairs  with kitchens, downstairs bedroom only
                             (plus tax)

         Week Days: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday.  20%
                             discount, 2-night minimum

Rate:  Holiday and Special Events Dates, 3 night minimum.

           Add 20% to $1400 per night weekend rate.  $1680.00/night.
           (plus tax)

Included:

1.     Great Room, one 18 hour time slot.  1400 sf., accommodates 20 to 80, includes $100. Cleaning fee.

2.     Lodging for 24 to 28 guests (4 children).

3.     Breakfast for 24 to 28 guests.

4.     Use of Spa Pavilion:  2 hot tubs, steam room and exercise equipment.

Great Room Only:  $250.00 per 18 hour period plus $100.00 cleaning fee plus tax

Rentals:

1.     Tables, Chairs, table linens and napkins, available on site for rent.

Tables $6.00 round or banquet, Chairs $1.00, table cloths $6.00, napkins $0.55 each.       

2.    Fine white China, Flatware, & glassware available on site for rent @ 2.50 per person

3.    Service for Coffee, Tea, Soft Drinks, Cream, Sugar, Sweetners, available for $1.50 per person.

4.    Snack foods are separately priced.

Catering is available for lunches:  soups, salads, croissant sandwiches, cookies, cheesecake, tea, coffee, sodas,  $6.95 per person per meal.  Includes china, flatware and glassware.
