Breakfast is served in four seatings: 7:30,8,8:30 and 9am. Your selection of seating times is established upon check-in. You may change both the seating time and menu selections each day no later than 6:00 pm the day before breakfast at the check-in desk.

We provide you with the very freshest, highest quality breakfast in Ruidoso. We also cater to guests that may have special dietary needs, just let the hosts know upon check-in.

Our hearty menu includes Pancakes (with real maple syrup), Eggs any way you like 'em, sausage links (Tennessee Pride), Wrights bacon, potatoes (plain fried or spicy), your choice of breads (wheat, buttermilk white or english muffin), organic coffee's (Costa Rican "La Amistad" and American Roast) and juices, herbal teas, seasonal fruit cups and cereal (cheerios, granola and oatmeal). As if all that isn't enough we also serve a variety of homemade muffins and breads.

And for all you romantics we have a special "Honeymoon" breakfast with Heart Shaped French Toast sprinkled with powdered sugar, pure maple syrup and your choice of sliced bananas, blueberries, sautéed apples or sprinkling of chopped pecans. This special is for newlyweds only. Please order the day before breakfast.
